I provide guidance on your journey of Self-Mastery and Self-Awareness. It is the ultimate journey you can take in this life. Rediscovering and connecting with your true self. The self that is pure awareness, without form, without mind, without body, just pure unconditional love and wisdom.

My Self-Mastery and Self-Awareness journey started in 2008 when I started meditating. Before that, I felt highly stressed, depressed and lived a very unhealthy life with a job that I loathed. Meditation helped me reduce my stress and prepare me for all of life's challenges. And let's say that life has thrown me many crazy challenges. With every challenge I found myself diving deeper within myself to realize my true power and potential, and I discovered who I truly am.

Since that time I have studied a few holistic modalities to assist myself and others such as NLP, Meditation, Beyond Quantum Healing, and Reiki. I have completed Reiki Master/Teacher in Usui, Seichim, and Karuna Reiki as well as a certified Reiki Grand Master. I have taught many students Reiki, meditation, and how to overcome obstacles/challenges and rediscover their true selves.

All of these modalities have assisted in releasing all the layers of distortion held by my Ego in my physical body and energetic fields to allow a much fuller embodiment of my true self which allows me to be more present and live a peaceful and fulfilled life.
