 No-Shows, Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
It is extremely important to try and book the session time that works best for you. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can be a big inconvenience and equally unfair to other clients who may have wanted to attend the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the session. We are unable to provide refunds but can provide a credit voucher that must be used within 120 days. Your request must be sent in writing, via email to:  divineodyssey@yahoo.com
 

Session Confidentiality
There shall be no third-party or public disclosure whether oral, written, or via public, media, digital, blogs, posts, and/or internet. Both parties agree that all topics and content discussed in a session are indeed private and confidential unless consent is given by both parties involved.
